New City. . . .New Knee

Well, I finally figured out why I've gotten so slow. Turns out it wasn't old age, it was a torn ACL. On January 9th, a day before my birthday, I finally had ACL surgery. According to my doctor my ACL was completely gone in my right knee. Here are a couple great pictures, I've always thought I have nice legs. . ...

First, here's a picture of my good leg. This is my left knee.


Here is my soon-to-be-scarred right knee. There were four incisions. One above the knee and two below. The big one on my shin is the most impressive by far. It's also a bit more painful.


Lastly, here is a picture of my really comfy brace. As you can see, it clearly limits my abilities to do any chores.

Not a lot of content....but I look forward to more news about your exciting medical adventures in the big city.
